About Us
During the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, our founder was talking with her cousin, a Los Angeles Police Officer, and they were discussing how their institutions were handling all of the issues that come up with going to work during the pandemic. “Staffing shortages, funding issues, government regulations and our vulnerable senior population being affected are of our most concern to us,” he stated.
One of the founders, who also happens to be a nurse and has been in the Home Health and Hospice business for 20 years and started to realize that the communities that her highly skilled nurses served, Assisted Living Facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Nursing Facilities, Long-term Acute Care, Home Health, Hospice agencies, Senior Care Facilities and Long Term Care Facilities were also being directly affected by this pandemic sharing the same problems. When she reached out to various Executives in the industry, she got the same response across the board. Aimed with the mission of helping the facilities to solve the crisis that the pandemic has caused, she formed a team of highly skilled health, business and technology professionals to bridge the gap between facilities and managing communicable diseases.
Bridges Crisis Management was formed to provide high quality services to our nation’s most medically vulnerable populations at Assisted Living Facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Nursing Facilities, Long-term Acute Care, Home Health, Hospice agencies, Senior Care Facilities and Long Term Care Facilities. We ensure that ALF’s have a voice and we deliver sensitivity and commitment to the needs of our communities.
